Claims Specialist II

The Claim Specialist II is an individual contributor role responsible for successfully and compliantly adjudicating claims, meeting claim execution targets, and delivering a WoW experience to our Pet Parents every day.

• Adjudicating claims
• Meeting or exceeding daily claim targets
• Providing guidance, oversight, and final approval authority to non-licensed claims processors

• Be a licensed Claim Adjuster or have the experience to become a licensed Claim Adjuster within six months
• 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
